Truce Therapy & Wellness is rooted in the belief that the choice to begin therapy is much like calling a truce with oneself. It is a courageous step toward peace, healing, and partnership with the parts of ourselves we often battle with. It is the recognition that it’s possible to lessen suffering and elevate joy, both within ourselves and our relationships.
By understanding your unique strengths and adaptive skills, I am committed to helping you create helpful patterns and a home base of self-trust to draw upon in life’s difficult moments. My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, IFS-informed Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy. I also appreciate the levity that humor can bring!
If you’ve been fighting battles in your mind, carrying a lot inside, or silencing your voice to keep the peace, I’m here to help. I specialize in helping teens, college students, and parents transform patterns to heal relationships, enhance self-esteem, and navigate life transitions.
