Truce Therapy & Wellness

Your Partner in Personal Growth

To me, therapy is like gathering at a campfire—where stories are spoken, held, and honored. It's a privilege to witness yours.

Meet the Therapist

Hello! I’m so glad our paths have crossed in this way. Whether you’re new to therapy or are continuing the work that has already begun, I commend you for prioritizing yourself. I consider it an honor to walk alongside both teens and adults as an empowering guide as they write the rest of their stories.

It is my belief that we are never “broken,” but, rather, patterned through our life experiences. When certain patterns no longer align with our goals, relationships, or most authentic selves, the support of a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist can serve as a catalyst for change. As a therapist, I provide care that is strengths-based, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-oppressive, and harm reductive.

Prioritizing mental health is a core part of my identity, both in how I show up for clients as well as myself. I, too, am in the process of becoming and overcoming, and I can personally attest to the impact that therapy can make. In addition to being a licensed clinician, I am a wife, mother, and friend. I value quality time with loved ones, kindness, authenticity, humor, justice, creativity, and Chicago summers.

Simply put, I am a human who finds true meaning and joy in my role as a helping professional.
